6700 XT not detected latest build

v1.79.1 build works fine detects my gpu but latest one doesn't says Unable to detect VRAM, please set layers manually.

I'm getting this too with both the normal file and the b2. Vulkan works fine and reinstalling HIP both 5.7 and latest did not help.

Clarification: I'm on a 6750XT, so it's not just a single gpu this happens with.

I've had issues on 6700XT and never really knew how to find tech support for this kind of thing... You can tell from these other comments being from August and September 2025.
My personal issues: Old GPU worked fine. Using 6700XT wouldn't start up on Linux. Used this app on Windows and ROCm won't work past ~1.6 saying "tensile library not found" for "GPU arch 1101", (I did try to install from online files back before I gave up and switched to Vulkan when on newer builds). Very clearly seems to be singling out the GPU.
Additionally the new 1.104 won't open saying "no module named backports" but since there hasn't been a flood of bug reports and a hotfix, I assume this is on my end perhaps also hardware based.
