Is Row-Split no longer available?

So I'm trying to just iterate over various parameter to see if there's any performance I'm leaving on the table. Since I have 2x older radeons, I'm wondering if row-split might be able to add anything tangible to my performance.

However, I've been unable to find the command line parameter to activate row split. Has it been removed?

EDIT: using the latest version of koboldcpp-rocm.
