Events Signup Registration Update

Description
The events signup form shows that it can be updated after a registration is submitted, but there is no button to submit an update, only delete. We should make a decision whether we want to allow updating or gray out these fields and require deleting and resubmitting.

These fields do gray out when registration is closed or after positions are assigned. This is as expected, but should be verified when testing.

Acceptance Criteria

• Either allow updating (add save button) or gray out fields after submission
• Fields should be grayed out when position is assigned (should be working)
• Fields should be grayed out or not displayed when registration is closed (should be working)
