Personal Best split time does not populate

Describe the bug

I believe this is just a visual bug, but the 'Personal Best' split time does not show when you go to Edit Split.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create splits.
2. Run a single split.
3. Save your splits.
4. Right click -> Edit Splits and see that the Personal Best is still empty, despite you having just gone through a split and saving them.

Expected behavior

I would think that whatever your fastest split for a particular split would populate into this field. Furthermore, I'd expect you to be able to edit this field in order to put in your best time if, for example, you were porting over your times from Livesplit.
