Current Negative Offset Isn't Shown When Editting Split File #144

Describe the bug
When a split file has a negative start offset saving then reopening the file doesn't show the current negative start offset.
Steps to reproduce
- Open a split file
- Set a negative start offset
- Save file
- Edit split file
- Negative Start Offset is back to 0
Expected behavior
Show the current negative offset when editing a file with one set.
