Had to increase `time.sleep(5)` -> `time.sleep(10)` for tests on to flake locally

For the tests to pass on my local machine, I had to increase the sleep timer in the conftest.py L29 to 10 seconds.
Not sure if my computer is just too old, so didn't wanna commit.
