Unable to delete scheduled messages

We currently use Zingle as part of our CRM tools. In addition, we are building an appointment scheduling system that integrates with Zingle for scheduling reminder text messages.

Our system allows appointments to be cancelled which should also delete all scheduled text messages. However there is no API documented to achieve this and it sets us many steps back.

Can this be provided?

I just learnt from Erika (support) that this is currently manually possible on your platform on the old dashboard. It appears it's only a matter of documenting how it can be done via an API.
