I have roll set to ALT and it's frustrating when I ALT+TAB and roll into lava

A config option to only roll while any movement key is also being held

I've considered using a different roll key, however ALT feels the most natural
Additional context
Generally, I only want to roll while I'm moving around an enemy, so it would make sense for this option to exist to minimize frustration.
