App Fatal Error messages could be on screen longer and larger (maybe with resolution adjust). #69

Not a problem for me, but came across it not loading the IRC app, due to a missing username config option. It wizzes by at speed before the launcher reopens which will probably be a bit much for many users.
Maybe any fatal app errors could be shown for much longer, and/or with extra highlighting (lines of asterisks?), and at the normal launcher display resolution.

It occurs to me the editor exists so it would be possible to set that IRC username/config option. Maybe the IRC app could some how edit the settings.toml to add a default entry for IRC_CONFIG_USERNAME or whatever, and then display a message to the user informing them of the situation + next step, before loading the editor on settings.toml (so the user updates the default username, but doesn't have to remember/type the settings.toml key).

I similarly saw a quick error wizz by when I tried to play Chips Challenge, due to SD_CARD_DETECT in use (presumably the SD is needed for saves which I don't have inserted - even though the CPSAVES drive shows in windows explorer).
That one was much harder to read as the resolution is down shifted for the game.
