Support for IR (Infrared) transmitters and receivers

  • Send raw data string via Protobuf
    • User would paste the raw code into a new wippersnapper component
      • Raw code(s) may be write data or configuration data.
      • Possibly add a way on the fronted of saving N number of IR codes.
      • NEC Codes (common small remote codes)
      • 32-bits
