Feature Request: Add ability to vote for the spy and the spy tipping the location

It would be cool if players could vote to out the spy while playing and the ability for the spy to tip the location they are in.

The reasoning behind this is the ability to simplify the playing of the game for new players as well as maybe be able to play without voice chat eventually.
