turn doi into hyperlinked in all csl formats if need be #261
Description
In some csl formats doi has the form doi:10.xxxx, but in some others it is displayed as link (e.g., doi.org/10.xxxx).
As per @aaccomazzi check all the csl formats and where ever there is a link turn it into clickable link (e.g., doi.org/10.xxxx).
