Aegis Tools page - menu

As we go inside the Aegis tools page we have a menu with: Start Jupyer, Open Settings, Python Settings.
Clicking on Open Settings, I get the desired behaviour as the menu is kept on top.
When I click on Python Settings, the on-top menu disappears.

This menu is part of the AEGIS Tools page and the Python Settings is a standalone page which you can access via AEGIS Tools. That's why the action bar is different.
We need to check if we should embed the python settings page in aegis tools or maybe add a button to go back to AEGIS tools in Python's action bar
