Notification's issue

i installed Yesterday Aerothemeplasma on my 2nd account on my Linux install but appearantly ATP isn't "Per-User" but "Per-System" and now when i try to use my regular KDE install i have this issue

and i do not know how to disable the Aero Notif window, for future revisions/updates on the installer it might be a good idea to ask the user if they'd like it "System Wide Install" or just a simple "Single User Install"(Better for use cases like mine where the PC is shared and has more than 1 user on it with different GUI customizations)

also GitGud is confusing as H3ll to use, i tried to log in like how it works on Gitlab and it just confused the H3ll outta me that's why i posted this here and not on GitGud(More like GitBroken)
