Ability to enforce the same control across multiple agents

Currently, teams using agent control have the ability to easily copy the same controls and apply them across multiple agents. In order for centralized teams and enterprises to apply the same controls across their agents in the company and monitor the enforcement of controls across all the agents, we want to enable users to be able to use the same base control across agents while customizing certain settings, like the selector path, selector, and the path where the control is applied, within the specific agent.
We also want to allow them to monitor which agents are using a specific control.
