Consider deleting this repository in favor of spdx/tools-python

In contrast to this repository, spdx/tools-python repository is set up properly as a mirror (see the mirrored from http://git.spdx.org/spdx-tools-python.git/ text below the repository name). To reduce confusion, how about simply deleting this repository, as it seems to be inactive anyway?
