feature request: simple time dependent spectrum class #16
Description
A simple ODE neutron transport model can be used to get approximate time dependence of the down scatter process. This model is in development offline and if successful can be included into NeSST using scattering matrices calculated by NeSST. Again, this is certainly restricted to simple spherical geometries.
