Can't quit from within VS Code terminal

Hi, kudos, this thing seems rad!

First minutes of using this I can't figure out how to exit this, I ran it from a VS Code terminal. UI works flawlessly so far, but there seem to be Ctrl+... collisions. For example the documented Ctrl+Q cannot be used to exit the debugger as it's mapped within VS Code.

Maybe allow pressing Q twice to exit or something?

PS. Running the terminal within WSL on Windows 10.

I haven't tested it in WSL. Tried vscode on linux, ctrl+q worked fine. Guess the default hotkeys are different. But alt+arrow-keys didn't work.

nnd's key bindings can be configured, read ~/.nnd/keys.default to get started. If you end up with hotkeys that work for you after some usage time, feel free to share, so I can maybe add them to the default key map.
