How do I use the extension

I entered a whitelist "3080" and a blacklist "3080ti" item (it would be nice if I could add the phrase "3080 ti".  However, I don't know if I must open my cart webpage and refresh it to trigger your extension or if it runs continuously in the background as long as a tab exists that is connected to the cart.
