Duplicate Adress for IO & register definitions

Good morning,
I manage to compile plugin for IDA 7.3 on Unix system. Thanks to the plugin I can successfully create segments from my CFG file.
But when I try to setup the IO using entry such as:

IO_1 0xB0100000 IO_1 desc, I got the following warning :
../: duplicate address 0xB0100000.

0xB01000000 address is not replaced by the entry name in assembly.

Do you have any idea of what is going on ?
