binding with vpn or v2ray proxy

there is a problem for this method and you cant use this tool for the connections that just has one connection so there is no way that you can use it for games and stuff, but can't we just find a way for it to go behind a vpn or a v2ray proxy so for the server that we are connecting to it would be one ip connection, i've read some articles and looks like its possible, or for example you can use it for streaming
