oss2无法支持python3.13t无gil锁版本

oss2中依赖cryptography，cryptography在python3.13t环境下安装失败，依赖cffi和pyo3的兼容https://github.com/pyca/cryptography/issues/11436
如果不需要加密，是否有办法绕过
