Misc issues to solve later

1. Urgent: Print Frame number onto video itself (saves so much time and images to be sent labeling)
2. Make the dataset_maker.py read from some sort of terminal input or shell variable.
3. For dataset_maker.py have a way to indicate "start of video" and "end_of_video" in the ranges unsure about range faults
4. Generalize such that we run a single pthon3 dataset_maker.py for all ranges and all cameras listed in a single input file
