From reading this document: Create a New Fire App Builder Component, if we want to provide an Analytics Component and implement IAnalytics, do we make a PR to this repository, following the methods in the contribution guideline? If not, how do we make an analytics component that is available for the FireTV? Thank you.

As described in the document next step is adding or removing a component.

After you finish creating the component, you can load the component into your app. See Add or Remove a Component.
