M3U8 Videos Not Playing

My M3U8 videos will not play.

I've successfully created a JSON feed that loads content into the app, but the video is not playing. When I hit play for each item, it goes back to the splash screen then the main screen.

I'm using the default media player from the framework. I've also defined the format as "HLS" in the JSON and mapped it in the recipe under the matchList as "format@mFormat."

Is there something I'm missing to make this work?
