Merge in Hmmer 2 & 3 core functionality #10
Description
In my never ending pursuit to make this a comprehensive, and recent work related stuff, Hmmer 2 & 3 Hidden Markov Model functionality should be added, and a Hmmer 4 build off of madlib to replace Hmmer 2 & 3.
