ParallaxAndScale with tableview?

Can we have ParallaxAndScale with table header view? As I don't think we need 2 scroll views inside one view with the table.

I guess it's possible to create a Parallax&Scale effect inside a table view by leveraging the table header view and the scroll view embedded in the table view itself. I never tried though. Also, adding a table view inside a scroll view is likely going to create some scrolling issues.
