Failed to connect to api.parse.com port 443: Timed out

Hello:
I want to use php POST data to data browser then push notification to iPad,so I used parse.com-php-library.
But when I want to query that I create a class named MobileMsg and add column unit.
I use below code:

in parseConfig.php:

}
and create Query.php:

whereEqualTo('unit', $unit); $result = $parse->find(); ``` echo "RESULT: "; print_r($result); ``` } storeInParseDB('test'); ?>

but when I run Query.php,there show an error:Failed to connect to api.parse.com port 443: Timed out

what can I do?
