Not working on Windows | Inefficient

I was able to monitor folders with very little in them but when I tried to monitor a large folder (Such as the Program Files directory) it just wouldn't work. This was using it elevated as Admin which did prevent it from crashing but wouldn't detect changes in large directory structures.
