Incompatible Firmware Version

Hi, I've been using ver4.85, and when I open up the OSRTT Launcher it alwasy gives me an pop up saying "Incompatible Firmwar Version Warning - the FPS limit feature won't work with you current firmware version".

So I try to go Debugging Tools -> Update Device Firmware, it gives me nothing.
My Current Firmware version is V1.4. Is it outdated?
How can I update my firmware version?

Also after I finish Response time testing, it won't give me heatmap but crashes.
It gives me an popup saying "Unexpected Error - Program Closing Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I'm on Win11.

Hi there! V1.4 is old, we're on V2.0 now! With the tool connected can you open the OSRTTFirmwareFlashTool.exe in C:/OSRTT Launcher and hit "Flash Pro" (assuming you're using an OSRTT Pro/Pro CS anyway) and tell me what it says?

Hi, Thanks for the solution!
I updated it to v2.0 and fps limit warning has disappeared.
But I’m still getting Object Reference error and the program shut it down after the test, any idea on that?

Glad that's sorted! Can you open the debug mode and copy out any errors it lists before it closes?
