Desktop: Clicking Windows notification doesn't open conversation window

Bug Description

• System: Windows 11
• Software: OpenCode Desktop

When a new message notification appears in Windows notification center, clicking on the notification only dismisses it but does not open the OpenCode conversation window.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Wait for a new message notification from OpenCode
2. Click on the Windows notification 'OpenCode 新消息'
3. The notification disappears, but the OpenCode conversation window does not open

Expected Behavior

Clicking the notification should open the OpenCode main window and navigate to the corresponding conversation.

• Better notifications on Desktop #11786: This is an open issue tracking improvements to Desktop notifications including Windows deeplink/protocol activation support, which is the underlying feature needed to make clicking a notification open the correct conversation window.

If your issue is specifically about the click-to-open behavior not working at all (rather than requesting richer notification content), it may be best addressed as part of that existing tracking issue.
