Add wnua and uds transport mode for rpyc mode

Description of the feature

Currently the rpyc mode doesn't support wnua or uds. It is either insecure or secure with mtls.
Within SAF, we are using pyaedt with rpyc seamlessly on desktop and non-desktop deployments.
However, the need to use certificates to have a secure connection on desktop mode, makes it more difficult for users to set it up.
It would be nice if the rpyc mode could support the wnua and uds transport modes, as per the non rpyc mode.

Unless someone altered the PR on #7492, the rpyc logic was focusing on remote only => WNUA (windows) & UDS (linux) are not supported transport mode for rpyc.
