Separate the test_project.test_preview_visual_data into 251 and 252

In the current test_project.test_preview_visual_data, min test version is set to be 252 due to testing a 3d irradiance sensor.
create a new test for preview the new features and change the test_project.test_preview_visual_data min version to 251
