Daily Travel Management is a software where a user may search and apply for a travel service or package. The system provides the user with various popular travel destinations and choose his destination accordingly. The software system checks for user choice and then queries the database for various available mediums to travel to that destination. The system then loads all that data and puts those choices in front of the user. When the user books train or Airplane option, the system also allows the user to book tickets to the destination for the desire day and timings. Thus, this software system automates the working of a travel agency and allows users to check and book his holidays online through this website. 1. Tocreateanapplication for an organization. 2. Two options will be available for logging in:
- Logging in as ADMIN (Logging in to the AdminPage will require Admin ID andpassword.)
- Logging in as USER.
After providing the Admin ID and password, the user will be taken to the Admin Dashboard Page. It contains 3 sections, Tour Booking Summary, Hotel Booking Summary and Flight Booking Summary. Each section shows the matrix of total number of bookings in a particular a year and month. The drill down page provides with several filters like month, year and category to display the filtered data as per admin’s requirement.

Number of popular packages will be displayed. User can accordingly choose a package of his/her preference.
Allows the user to choose the number of days they want to travel. Popular tour packages will be suggested based on the duration of visit chosen.
TourPackageBookingprovides with-Family Tour Package, Group TourPackageand Solo TourPackage. A table shows the name of the tourists spots, price of the package (inclusive Hotel, Airport, Meals, Sightseeing, City Tours, Entry Tickets) and an itinerary. -The user can book a particular package based on his/her understanding and preference.
- After booking, a form will be given and the necessary details need to be filled up.
- Necessary Payment operations need to be carried out and once it’s done a confirmation message will be displayed.
- Bookings will be saved in the database which can be viewed in the Admin Page.
- Fromalist of cities, the user is required to elect a source city and a destination city.
- The user will be required to provide their preferred date of travel, after which a number of flights will be listed along with their prices according to economy and business class. Departure and arrival timings will also be displayed. The user can then book their preferred flight and class accordingly.
- After booking, a form will be given and the necessary details need to be filled up.

Theuser is expected to enter a location where they wish to search for a hotel room.-
- A list with the hotel name, address, hotel room rates, check-in time and check-out time will be displayed.
- The user can booktheir hotel depending on their understanding and preference.

- Necessary Payment operations need to be carried out and once it’s done a confirmation message will be displayed.
- Bookings will be saved in the database which can be viewed in theAdmin Page.
The User can paythroughnet banking, credit card and debit card. After payment is successful, theuser receives a confirmation message.
