UI issue: Log levels and log source filters are not working on full screen mode

How to reproduce

1. Run any Dag which generates task logs on airflow main branch.
2. Open task logs and enable expand mode to see the logs.
3. Notice 'All Log Levels', 'All Sources' and [Wrap, expand and more] options are not working.
