Cannot Start a Win11 Vm in cloudstack

SUMMARY

I am able to create and deploy a vm with a win11 iso. it gets stuck on the system requiments screen. the message says the system does not meet the minium system requirements. I have install TPM emulator swtpm-tools (TPM emulator version 0.6.3, Copyright (c) 2014-2021 IBM Corp.)ii ovmf 2022.02-3ubuntu0.22.04.1 all UEFI firmware for 64-bit x86 virtual machines

EXPECTED RESULTS

The Vm to boot and run normally

the vm will not install win11

Does the CPU being used fall in thw Windows 11 supported CPU list?

I do not, we were working with Shapeblue, and our project got defunded. I haven't had the time or the resources to continue trying to fix this issue. we were working with @rajujith and @alexandremattioli to come up with a solution. maybe they will have more to add.
