add end of line count and percentage to data profiler

It would be useful to know the number of end of lines (EOL) detected in the profile and as a percentage against the other content. End of line for the initial implementation is defined as newline and carriage return + line feed.

Since the DOS-style line endings are 2 adjacent bytes (CR/LF), that will need to be supported in the Ωedit profile, which currently only handles single byte frequencies.
