Investigate and research Auto format/reformat options

Ability to format the location of the inserted tags/attributes relative to their current formatting within the schema indentation.

How would we want DFDL schemas to be formatted? What would that look like?

Possibly separate from the extension, but would have to be triggered from some other way, right click menu, or ctrl + shift +f and that would be outside of intellisence
