Log4J Logger is Slow

`org.apache.logging.log4j.LogManager.getLogger(Class)` takes ~220 ms. This is over 1/4 of the entire execution time for a nontrivial medium contract, like [Dexible](https://github.com/apl-cornell/SCIF/blob/4580bf93c61984c0404c44194abe83ab557be0e5/test/contracts/multiContract/Dexible.scif).
