Configure DJANGO_DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL to a monitored email address

Currently, the values for DJANGO_DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL for our production and sandbox deployments are: admin@api-dandi.emberarchive.org and admin@api-dandi-sandbox.emberarchive.org. These emails are not forwarded nor associated with "real" accounts that we can monitor/receive responses for.

We'd like to investigate changing these to our @emberarchive.org domain (rather than the subdomains) so that we can use ImprovMX to forward emails to our monitored accounts.

This is an invesitgatory issue. We will need to test and confirm that this is do-able and non-breaking
