Swipe on a left don't work properly - iOS

Trying perform swipe from right to left on element in my app on iPhone (4s) with code:

$this->swipe(210, 121, 50, 121);

But element move down and then on a right.

Remark: On Java swiping occurs correctly.

Appium Version: 1.5.3 (Ara)
Php-client Version: 0.1.0

As i undestand method appium not support this method.
I send rest request to appium like this:
