How It Works

1. Initial Setup:

   • Install the TestDino GitHub App on your repository
   • Connect your TestDino project by following the guided setup steps
   • Push code or open pull requests as usual—your Playwright workflows trigger automatically

2. Automated Analysis:
   Once configured, TestDino works automatically:

   • Detects test runs from your CI pipeline
   • Performs AI-driven failure classification
   • Posts detailed insights as pull request comments
   • Updates GitHub check status for each run

3. GitHub Integration & Comments

   • Default behavior (when GitHub integration is enabled):
     • When code is pushed and a test run completes:
     • An AI-generated summary appears on the branch
     • If the branch is part of a pull request, the summary also appears in PR comments
   • Customization:
     • Configure which branches receive AI summaries through the GitHub settings (accessible via the ⚙️ icon on the GitHub card under the Integrations tab).
