Onboarding flow: Make bot conversational

For reducing the noise on the Aracred's Discord channel, an idea came up about making the bot resemble a telegram bot by DMing you for onboarding. While this can change, the questions that we should probably ask:

• The user's ethereum address
• The user's preferred username (or just use the discord username)
• The user's discourse username
• Their Github username

We should automatically fetch their Discord id from the messages they send, as it's tied to them.
