📜 Description

LLM_PROVIDER=docsgpt -> not -> LLM_NAME=docsgpt bug fixture for when running option 1 locally on windows and setting up the .env file correctly so all windows users have the updated .env procedure running when using docker images.

Using an outdated version of the setup.ps1 file on windows

Be able to use the LLM locally without having to use any API keys
