Installing Arduino_Modulino via Libraries in Arduino App Lab fails

Clicking 'install' on either 0.6.0 or 0.6.1 fails with no error message. I looked for logs, but could not find any for the app for further debugging. Where can I find the logs for Arduino App Lab? I'm running MacOS (ARM).
