Enhancement: output list of files that failed the format allow check #168

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When the Validate SIP file formats activity fails, there is no indication of which file(s) caused the failure.
Describe the solution you'd like
SFA would like to see a list of all the files that failed the validation check. Ideally this would be in the regular error message, though we will need to consider if there is any sort of length limit on this message, and what to do if the number of failed files exceeds this length.
