Unable to refresh Complexe Méduse from Wikidata #64

Describe the issue
I tried to refresh Complexe Méduse (http://kg.artsdata.ca/resource/K2-5617) to add the missing locality and time zone ID. However, the refresh from Wikidata failed (screenshot below).
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'http://kg.artsdata.ca/resource/K2-5617'
- Click on 'Refresh'

This issue was found in relation to the ATC and Update Core projects, but I'm not sure under which GitHub to report it.
