Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go the [Agents with footlight id but no artsdata id] (https://kg.artsdata.ca/query/show?sparql=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/artsdata-stewards/artsdata-actions/main/queries/agents_with_Footlight_ID_but_no_Artsdata_ID.sparql) report.
2. Click on the Footlight URI of Stephanie Nhan (Beppie) (http://kg.footlight.io/resource/3b0f7e9b-ae44-47fb-9c95-73278fc45705)
3. Click the "Minter" link. This will open a new page and will run a reconciliation.
4. Bingo! You have your duplicate.

Expected behavior
There's a duplicate.
