Bug with the list of custom reports

Describe the issue

I am no longer able to access the Bidirectional artsdata missing wikidata uris report. When I attempt to click on it, I receive the following error message.

Query evaluation error: org.eclipse.rdf4j.query.QueryEvaluationException: Please set a user-agent and...

This bug is present with other custom reports as well.
