Amend to use ofxPoco, rather than Poco library directly ?

Hi Artur,

Do you have any plans to change this OF add-on to use ofxPoco, as per the current nightly builds ?
At present, ofxHttpUtils appears to use the old Poco library directly, which causes problems on Debian 9 (e.g Raspbian Stretch). Presumably it would also need to continue to support building against the last stable version of OF, 0.9.8 ?
